MRICS CIvil / Infrastructure Senior Contract Administrator – Airports

Job description / Role

I am looking for a senior Civil Contract Engineer/ Administrator to take up a role within the client side of Muscat Airport covering MC1 which is a 4.4B AED value contract.
The Contract is already under progression and we are simply strengthening the team.

We are looking for MRICS / MICE Qualified Quantity Surveyors with substantial civil infra experience and ideally weighted with your experience of Airports infrastructure.

The contract will handle all from Ground improvements, Groundwater management, airside road systems, new runways and upgrading of the existing, access roads, service roads, eight highway bridges and 2 high interchanges plus storm water and utility.

We expect candidates to have considerable experience in the Contract and commercial management of contracts containing such elements and have worked with either main contracting of consultants in the capacity of contract administration/ contract management/ cost management/ Quantity Surveying in this environment for at least 10 years

Package will be in the region of 48-55 AED per month plus healthcare and fllights.

Requirements

You will have 15 years industry experience with 10 years in major civil and infrastructure project.
Ideally you will have worked on the same civil packages on other airports.
You should be a degree qualified Quantity Surveyor with MRICS or MICE.
You will have superior knowledge of FIDIC contracts with experience of the Middle East.

Airports experience is an advantage.
