Job description / Role
I am now looking to shortlist candidates for the Qatar World Cup -projects.
One of my clients requires a Graduate QS with MRICS and GCC experience to join their team in Qatar in preparation for the forthcoming development works for the 2022 World Cup..
I am looking for a cost manager/ QS with around 4 years PQE based in the GCC who is keen to be part of the development process.
You will be fully conversant in the commercial pre and post contract support of major projects with experience in;
Contract Administration, client facing advisory roles in relation to commercial and contractual matters, procurement, tender reviews and recommendation, simultaneous management of several packages and the full commercial supporting role they entail.
Expected package is 30 -32,000 QAR basic plus flights and healthcare.
Requirements
Candidates should be Western origin and educated to Degree standard in BSc Hons in Quantity Surveying (ONLY). MRICS and have 3-4 years PQE.
You will need experience of working in the UAE or GCC for at least 6 months and be ready to take a new challenge in Qatar.
You will be experienced in either Infrastructure projects of Building construction.
