Job description / Role
• Validate the proposed design by implementer
• Supporting the implementation throughout its lifecycle (before and post go live)
• Act as a subject matter expert in any issue related to MS dynamics
• Drive the data conversion process, throughout the implementation, starting from the validation of the requirements until the migration and the go live
• Support the security and set up of the employees in the system (in collaboration with the IT department)
Requirements
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience implementing ERP systems (Dynamics AX), at least 4 full cycle implementations projects from start to go live
• Experience with several Dynamics AX implementations specifically with the Finance and HR modules (with Some functional knowledge in procurement)
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or other related degree.
• Strong customer interfacing skills, excellent communication skills both written and verbal, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
• Good understanding of project management principles
• Ability to work with a distributed team of subject matter experts
• Able to communicate complex concepts to customer team members
• Able to resolve issues by providing acceptable alternatives
• Able to identify risk factors and provide alternatives to mitigate those factors
• ERP implementation and system configuration experience
• Business process mapping skills/experience
• Previous data conversion experience
• Experience participating in requirements gathering process for IT systems
• Some experience in user admin function (definition and set up of a user in the system )
• Strong client interface and presentation skills
• Strong business acumen
• Track record of initiative and outstanding performance
• Ability to quickly build relationships and engage in a Customer-focused manner
• The ability to effectively bridge the gap between the business and IT organizations
• Strong time management skills
• Clear and concise oral and written communication
• Dynamics AX Certified is an asset
