MSBU Contracts Manager - Military - KSA

Our client is a recognized leading technology solutions provider in the region and they are seeking a MSBU Contracts Manager to lead and manage the MSBU Contract Management Team to ensure the MSBU has formal, agreed contracts in place with its customers which avoid any disputes and protect the company's best interests.

Key role responsibilities:
- The MSBU Contracts Manager will lead and manage the process of drafting and developing appropriate contracts to ensure that they protect the interests of MSBU
- Manage the identification and assessment of all risks relevant to MSBU contracts and ensure that appropriate provision is made for the risks in the final contracts
- Monitor the customer performance against MSBU contractual requirements to identify potential performance issues, areas of potential dispute and recommend appropriate courses of action.
- Act as the lead interface within the business with customers on financial and contractual issues to ensure that terms of business are negotiated.
- Plan and implement annual and short term resourcing plans so that the MSBU contracts team is fully utilized.
- Lead and manage the staff within the MSBU contracts team to ensure the staff have the appropriate focus, clear objectives and understanding of the overall MSBU to perform.

Requirements

- Ideal candidates will possess 10 years experience in a similar role
- In-depth experience of contracts and contract preparation in an engineering technology product and service project environment
- In-depth knowledge of US government procurement and cost / pricing regulations
- Experience in Military Sales
- Must be a US Citizen
