Job description / Role
- Follow the established procedures and guidelines to manufacture the organisation's products according to production specifications and schedules, volume, cost, wastage targets and quality standards.
- Coordinate with maintenance department to trouble-shoot and perform regular maintenance on equipment.
- Operate machines and production equipment safely and in accordance with SOP instructions.
- Maintaining Health & Safety in workplace
- Achieving total output targets
Requirements
- High School Certificate plus Technical Diploma certificate
- Minimum 2 years of experience in beverages production lines (Eg: Form, filling, capping, Labeling machines etc)
- Sound knowledge in machine processes
- Aware of Food Safety & GMP
- Thorough knowledge of technical components and functioning of manufacturing machines
