Job description / Role
Operate the beverage production equipment as per the manufacturing operating guidelines.
Major Accountabilities:
1. Effectively operate and clean the allocated production equipment and conduct the basic maintenance work and lubrication.
2. Ensure compliance with the health and safety requirements, the application of the company quality standards and the maintenance of high levels of housekeeping at all times.
3. Ensure that Mission Directed Work Teams (MDW) and Housekeeping and maintenance (4S) modules are in place.
4. Maintain written records of raw materials used and wastages which would be submitted to the Production Supervisor at the end of each shift.
Requirements
- Diploma/degree holder in production and/or engineering (preferably Mechanical or Electrical).
- Previous experience of operating machines in food or beverage manufacturing industry. He should be having proper equipment and systems Knowledge.
- Candidate should be a Diploma (ITI) holder in Mechanical / Fitter trade.
- Salary for this position would be 2500 AED + Benefits.
