The RoleThe RoleMLGP Program: We Offer a two year program that covers two fixed rotations within the Maersk Line core business areas in Saudi Arabia. Through your rotations you will gain thorough knowledge of the way we work, develop a full understanding of our end to end processes. You will join a team of highly competent colleagues and jointly participate in reaching the objectives of your department. Your manager will continually provide you with individual sparring to help you develop professionally and personally. Being part of a global shipping program, you will meet your fellow Maersk Liner Graduate Program participants from all over the world in three seminars where you will receive personal development and cross-functional training. In addition, you will participate in e-based case studies and business simulations. |
RequirementsRequirements- Candidate Profile: - Have an MBA Graduate with at least 2 years of experience. - You must be a Saudi National. - Have leadership ambitions. - Can navigate in a large multinational global organization. - Have a strong business understanding. - Team player with personal drive with 3 years of work experience. - Drive, leadership, business orientation, team understanding, maturity, international mindset. - Bilingual, English and Arabic proficiency. Then YOU could be one of our future leaders Newly graduate with a personal drive: You hold a Master Degree in a Business related discipline, and preferably have previous work experience via internships, industry placements or other relevant jobs. Prior shipping knowledge is not a prerequisite. You have a strong personal drive to get things done and are a mature individual who is able to work independently and take initiative. As Maersk Line operates globally, you must thrive in a truly international environment and your English skills must be on a high level. Previous extensive personal travel or stays abroad is an advantage. |
