Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Working together with various Maintenance Managers and respective teams to identify the training needs.
- Identify the capability requirements for various maintenance positions vis-a-vis installed equipment and general capability requirements attributable to relevant maintenance positions in any refinery and petrochemical plants.
- Map the existing capabilities among the individuals in respective rolls and identify the gaps.
- Identify the training needs in liaison with respective maintenance managers.
- Identify / develop suitable training programs, preferably with in-house capabilities or external sources.
- Prioritize the training needs against budget provisions in in liaison with respective maintenance managers.
- Coordination with training department in organizing the trainings as planned, on-time, on-budget.
- Evaluate the training deliverables and map against the expected results. Identify gaps and continuously improvise the training methodology to exceed the expectations.

Requirements

- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Refining, Petrochemical industry, which shall include minimum 08 years in maintenance function and minimum 4 years in training / coaching / capability development roles.
