FAMCO is an ISO 9001:2008 & ISO 14001:2004 certified company.This position assumes responsibility for development, performance, pricing and marketing of FAMCO's range of Maintenance Contracts and Service Agreement offerings including the existing portfolio across the range of products including trucks, buses, construction equipment, material handling equipment, air products, generators and marine power solutions.* Strategic development of Service Agreement business across all Divisions* Pricing recommendations for Service Agreements* Monitor & report performance of contract portfolio* Recommend & implement action plans for under-performing contracts* Marketing of Service Agreements* In conjunction with Principals, identify opportunities to develop Service Agreements and other ‘soft products' for all FAMCO divisions* Meet with existing and prospective Service Agreement customers to obtain feedback on contract performance form a customer perspective.* Strategic development of Service Agreement business across all Divisions* Pricing recommendations for Service Agreements* Monitor & report performance of contract portfolio* Recommend & implement action plans for under-performing contracts* Marketing of Service Agreements* Develop other ‘soft product' offerings with manufacturers |
RequirementsRequirementsQUALIFICATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Qualifications & Experience: * Min 5 years Service/Contract/Fleet Management * Degree or Diploma holder in relevant discipline.* Knowledgeable in Commercial Vehicle, Construction & industrial Machine technology and aftersales support.
