The RoleThe RoleMAIN ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES To execute all the activities of the Commercial Services Unit including warranty, Contract and Cash Call services, as per the directions of the Maintenance and Services Unit Head and Manager. JOB OBJECTIVES 1. Conducts and executes all maintenance activities related to residential (private buildings, villas, etc) HVAC installations, whether under warranty, contract or cash call services. 2. Coordinates and conducts all HVAC commissioning and handing over tasks according to scheduled warranty maintenance and customer complaints received on a daily basis. 3. Ensures proper allocation of maintenance services calls to the technician groups for optimum performance and productivity. 4. Identifies corrective and preventive actions and follow up with the implementation, to enhance the operations and increase customer satisfaction. 5. Ensures maximum service quality to meet customer expectations. 6. Acts as a problem solver during unusual customer experiences that need to be dealt with patiently and professionally. 7. Optimizes daily operations and reduce operational costs. 8. Assists in the recruitment of new employees, assist in their training and provide performance assessments to support any expansion plans. 9. Submits weekly and monthly reports to the Maintenance Unit Head and Dept Manager. 10. Ensures timely, appropriate, clear and targeted communication is managed for both internal/external customers. |
RequirementsRequirementsEDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering - 7-10 years experience in Maintenance works, 3 years of which in a supervisory position - Good working knowledge of HVAC equipment and maintenance tools and techniques - Fluent in Arabic and English - Good proficiency in MS office and other applications. - Strong communication and reporting skills - Presentable and strong personality |
