Job description / Role
We have a client in Jeddah who's looking to hire Maintenance Manager. Our client is a large FMCG company- Food Processing and Manufacturing.
Role:
Lead, coach and develop a multi-disciplined team of Maintenance Engineers.
To ensure maintenance and improvement works are delivered.
Have in-depth mechanical and electrical capabilities, coupled with excellent fault finding skills.
Lead the team to prepare and complete preventative maintenance plans.
Provide maintenance support and coaching.
Flexible approach to working hours, the ability to prioritise quickly yet effectively and a solid grasp of proven fault finding techniques.
Requirements
A Degree in an Engineering discipline.
Broad experience in the management and leadership of engineering or maintenance staff.
Directly supervises maintenance staff.
Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Assists with interviewing, hiring, and training maintenance employees.
planning, assigning, and directing work.
Minimum 5 years experience as FMCG Maintenance Manager.
