The RoleThe RoleYour main responsibilities will be providing leadership to the workshop department in establishing, organising, planning and implementing maintenance programmes; ensuring mechanical reliability and maintenance; evaluating failures, selecting materials and development of maintenance systems and strategies and budget development, control, maintenance staff selection and staff development. |
RequirementsRequirementsTo qualify for this role, you must be degree-educated with an engineering background, preferably Mechanical, and several years of experience as a Maintenance Engineer/ Manager or Plant Manager. Specific experience in the Oil & Gas sector is also essential. Knowledge of the UAE market will be beneficial. |
