Job description / Role
•Responsible for the overall operations of the maintenance department and supervise all maintenance related activities of the Maintenance Assistants, Electricians, Plumbers and Painters.
•Be capable of strategizing and implementing new business development opportunities relating to the Maintenance portfolio.
•Supervision, Planning and implementation of all Maintenance activity in order to optimize production within safety, legislative, environmental and company requirements.
•Provide timely and structured reporting to the owner relating to all maintenance operations.
•Prepare maintenance operating budgets in accordance with company objectives.
•Maintain systems for monitoring and tracking service requests and performing any preventive maintenance work.
•Maintain sufficient inventories of tools, parts and supplies in order to properly maintain the property.
•Conducting routine checks for detection of any malfunctions.
Requirements
The ideal candidate needs to possess a Civil Engineering degree with a minimum of 3 - 5 years of extensive experience in a similar role. He must hold a valid UAE driving license. He must be a capable Profit Centre Head with strong villa and building maintenance background.
European Nationalities are preferred. He must possess excellent communication skills, team player, manual dexterity, leadership qualities and physical stamina.
