The RoleThe RolePre Cast Solutions Company Location: Yanbu, Western Region of Saudi Arabia Competitive Expatriate Salary Package + Benefits Established in 2006, our client’s firm supplies total precast solutions to the real estate and construction sectors with a focus on the Western Region of Saudi Arabia. Service provision ranges from design to manufacture, supply and erection. An annual production capacity of 1,000,000 m2 of hollow core slabs and 45,000 m3 of other elements; this firm employs over 300+ staff. Our client now seeks an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the daily maintenance of the manufacturing facility in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. This organization enjoys state of the art production facilities. Products comprise wall panels, beams, columns, staircases, minorets, domes, foundations, boundary walls, girders, barriers and decorative. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the proven performer we seek will be responsible for maintenance of the buildings, manufacturing facilities & equipment as well as the logistical equipment including: • Focus on maintenance planning and optimization of the maintenance processes while minimizing breakdowns & down times. • Responsible for ensuring that the employees focus on supply consistency including ensuring that they obtain optimal knowledge of the nature of the task in order to achieve the optimal maintenance solutions. • Responsible for the safe maintenance, repair or replacement of plant equipment and systems & logistical equipment, to ensure maximum production quantity and quality, while supporting the policies, goals and objectives of the division. • Continuously evaluate the operation of the company in order to cover the need for procurement and replacements of the division’s equipment’s and machinery as well as the employee mix. • Initiates, implements, and manages the plant maintenance program based on best practices in the precast industry, with an emphasis on planning/scheduling and preventive/predictive maintenance. • Establishes and maintains a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for tracking work orders, spare parts, and maintenance history of plant equipment. • Prepares reports, analyses data, and makes recommendations for improving plant operations and solving maintenance-related problems. • Reviews the operation of plant & logistical equipment and systems constantly, to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate solve problems in a timely manner and to identify opportunities for improvement. |
RequirementsRequirementsThe attributes we seek for this successful candidate include: • Bachelor Degree in Electromechanical or Mechanical Engineering or other related field is required. • Candidates must possess 15 years’ plant experience, with at least 5 years at supervisory level, to be considered. Pre Cast experience is required. • Excellent knowledge and experience of best practices in preventive/predictive maintenance, specifically in the precast industry. • Excellent knowledge and experience in Elematic machinery/assets and the maintenance of is required. • Strong leadership & interpersonal skills with an ability to develop and motivate employees. • Strong project management, communications, analytical, organizational and planning skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel). • Experience in the GCC markets will be highly regarded. • A good command of English (written and verbal) is necessary.
