Our client, one of the fastest growing public safety and security solutions organisations globally, is looking to recruit a qualified and experienced Maintenance Operations Manager to their UAE team. Our employer seeks a proven performer to assist on their main projects in the region, which include the implementation of advanced integrated security solutions for critical assets, safe city and border protection.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be required to supervise the maintenance control, administration and management of a city surveillance system. Your responsibilities in the role will include:

• Develop and assist the delivery of cost effective site maintenance plans
• Design preventative maintenance programs
• Design and update processes and procedures
• Training and development of new and existing staff
• Manage pre schedule training programs to the customer
• Risk assessment and ensure adherence to safety regulations
• Manage expenditure and budgets
• Perform operation and maintenance reviews to relevant standards
• Develop and implement condition and predictive maintenance policies
• Negotiation of maintenance contracts and management of contractors

Requirements

Essential Attributes include:

• Degree qualified in Engineering / Business Administration or other relevant field
• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role maintaining both software and outdoor equipment
• Previous experience in progress monitoring alongside a delivery program
• Knowledge in Engineering and Life Cycle Costs calculation is highly regarded
• Strong operations, financial and analytical skills
• Fluency in English language is essential, with Arabic language skills being highly regarded
