The Role


The Role

We are currently recruiting for 2 Maintenance Planners working within the Facilities Management department of a leading Dubai based company.

Your duties will include:

* Communicate with client and service provider ensuring all parties are aware of planned work
* Planning and scheduling preventative/corrective work for MEP and HVAC systems
* Ensuring all PPM activities are planned to strict schedule
* Ensure all PPM works are carried out as per schedule
* Review and analyze maintenance reports received to make sure work meets company standard
* Participate in planning Annual maintenance strategy
* Utilize CMMS Management System to update stored Data
* Assist with the implementation of new maintenance procedures

Requirements


Requirements

* Diploma in any engineering discipline is preferable
* 5 + Years experience in FM
* Able to use Computerized Maintenance Management System
* Must be able to work closely with operations supervision and outside contractors
* Salary - 6,500 AED per month
