Job description / Role
A Saudi based environmental consultancy requires a Male western educated/US Maintenance Section Head experienced for high profile project on a long term government contract in Jubail. Work is conducted in English.
The Maintenance Section Head supervises a team of electronics and mechanical engineers and technicians responsible for the operation, maintenance and repair of meteorological / air quality monitoring, environmental laboratory and computer and telemetry equipment.
Shall be responsible for ensuring routine maintenance of Contractor vehicles, standby generators and the boat. Shall be responsible for training and developing techniques and skills of other staff in the Maintenance Section.
Total Salary Package SAR 26,000 (SAR22,000 basic + SAR4,000 housing) tax free+ Car + Family Status (Saudi Visa, health insurance and yearly ticket for you & family - wife + maximum 3 kids)
Requirements
Shall be a degree holder from an accredited U.S. or Western. European University in Electronic or Electrical Engineering, with a minimum of ten (10) years relevant working experience in maintenance of similar equipment and at least three (3) years supervisory experience.
The Maintenance Section Head must have sufficient experience for this role and shall have previous experience with sophisticated analytical equipment with the industry or the equipment service sector. Good writing skills and fluency in both written and spoken English is a must.
