Maintenance Supervisor (Arabic)

Job description / Role

Responsible for the supervision of general maintenance services and its associated operations within the camp.

• Oversees compliance of camp assets / equipment to all standards within the project, the local institutions, as well as national and governmental policies and requirements.
• Manages maintenance services and all activities associated with its operations.
• Consults with Company to make sure that maintenance services are aligned with overall asset goals and objectives
• Planning, implementation, and evaluation of maintenance plan and services within the camp area
• Implement and manage preventive maintenance, maintain spare parts list and problem solving, propose improvements with respect to efficiency and reliability
• Develop site specific HACCP for potable water; this shall encompass the identification and control of hazards throughout the entire water supply, treatment and distribution system.
• Write and implement utilities operations procedures, and work instruction and maintain manuals and drawings

Requirements

Qualifications:
• A degree in construction
• 10 years of proven experience in working in camps and able to work with multi-cultural setting and able to speak Arabic
• Proven expertise in management and coordination and supervision of a team responsible for maintenance and repair of all camp equipment
• Proven experience in electrical, A/C and plumbing
• Experienced in priority setting, decision-making and managing a team / department
• Goal and result oriented
Skills:
• Performs planning, implementation, and evaluation of maintenance plan and services in the camp.
• Understand and manage all HSE requirements.
• Good English language skills, both oral and in writing.
• Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
