Job description / Role
1. Must supervise refrigeration, electrical and general repair and maintenance of fish processing plant, processing machineries and cold storage.
2. Must lead a team of technicians specialized for refrigeration, processing, breading, packaging and general maintenance.
3. Must organize preventive and corrective maintenance in order to maintain company assets in good order and condition
4. Must have good contacts with parts and equipment suppliers
5. Must grasp the status of existing set up and take the things under control in short period of time.
Requirements
1. Must be a technical diploma holder in Refrigeration systems
2. Gulf experience is mandatory, preferably in seafood plant / food processing industry
3. Must possess driving license
4. Must be computer literate
5. Must have good commend over English, Knowledge of Arabic will be an asset.
