Maintenance Team Leader

With long term prospects providing stability and career development, our employer is seeking to welcome a professional and experienced Maintenance Team Leader to their team to support the growth and development of their projects in the Middle East.
Reporting to the Maintenance Project Manager and working as part of the Maintenance Team, your responsibilities in this role will include:
• All site maintenance activities – preventive, repair or replacement of equipment and systems to ensure maximum site systems availability
• HR and professional responsibility for all site maintenance technicians
• Perform maintenance at a basic and intermediate level to a large scale and advanced system, scattered on a large geographical area
• Corrective and preventative maintenance, fault diagnosis, and assembly / disassembly of
o mechanical components
o mechanical – hydraulic components
o electric motors
o control components and electric board components
o insulated cables and connect switches, outlets and other fittings

Requirements

Essential attributes include:
• Degree qualified in relevant field with Security Systems and Maintenance qualifications
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in maintenance and deployment of hardware equipment on complex and large scale systems
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in leading and managing a team of technicians
• Proven experience with installation and configuration of CCTV, Security and Surveillance Systems or Access Control Systems
• Experienced in installation and configuration in hazardous areas (O&G refineries would be highly regarded)
• Knowledge of hardware – ability to read pin to pin diagrams, electricity diagram, and engineering documents
• Previous experience with hardware testing equipment
• Deep knowledge of security systems
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Fluent written and oral English skills
