The RoleThe Role• Manage all tenant repairs • Prioritize, schedule ,review coordinate and monitor maintenance crews working on Work orders. • Manage work schedule in case of unscheduled works • Coordinate tenant move-ins with the leasing department • Complete make-ready process for vacant apartments • Fill out estimates for parts material and labor on all work orders • Monitor work load targets and gaps in labor • Coordinate with procurement for non-inventory material/ parts requests • Inventory control • Set up and maintain critical spare parts of stock • Schedule preventive maintenance of equipment • Prepare in coordination with vendors instructions for preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance of all equipment on site • Coordinate works of different contractors working on site • Fill out forms and maintenance performance. • Health and safety. |
RequirementsRequirements-Understand information, codes and numbers presented in writing -Solving practical problems and dealing with a variety of concrete variables -Skills in internet software, Email, MS office, inventory and database software |
