Parkhouse Bell is currently recruiting for a leading manufacturing organisation in Saudi Arabia. Our client is a major player on the stock market and provider of pipes and consultancy services to major players in the oil and gas industry.
Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, you will have full responsibility to manage, lead and control the Maintenance Department consisting of Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, Technicians and Machinists. This includes providing plant based engineering expertise during breakdowns and provide solutions to improve production performance and quality.
You must have a background in manufacturing of pipes or similar, with at least 5 years in maintenance management, a thorough knowledge of ISO 9001/API Spec.Q1.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential in an environment with 50 different nationalities.
Requirements
Responsibility:
- To manage, lead and control the Maintenance Department consisting of Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, Technicians and Machinists.
- To provide plant based engineering expertise during breakdowns and provide solutions to improve production performance and quality.
- Must have extensive knowledge of all aspects of engineering design, installation and maintenance and must be familiar with mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, PLC and AutoCad.
This position is based in Riyadh with a highly competitive salary and expat package.
