The RoleThe RoleWelcome customers coming in for a make over, identify their needs, recommend and demonstrate appropriate products, whilst carrying out the make over. Recommend appropriate link products to promote cross selling and increase overall sales. follow up with regular customers art to make up requirements and promote repeat sales. Implement new techniques of make up as per the attended training courses conducted by appropriate suppliers on makeup and skincare. Support the store staff during in store promotions to drive sales performance and enhance the brand image. Maintain immaculate standards of the Beauty room/makeup studio at all times. Training in Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy & Make up. Computer Literacy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for make up artistry. 3 years hand-on experience in the beauty industry. |
