Makeup Brands Sales Manager

Job description / Role

- Achieve the makeup brands & skin care brands sales targets
- Ensure availability in the right channels such as makeup & perfumery retailers
- Develop new channels, new accounts, and creative sales techniques
- Set the channel's & customer's annual targets & monitor the performance
- Develop, lead & monitor the sales force team to achieve the sales targets
- Develop and implement annual contracts with all key customers
- Develop the needed trade marketing plans by category by customer
- Analyze and forecast sales volumes by SKU
- Monitor & manage the performances vs plan
- Monitor the market, competition, shoppers behaviors, etc)
- Align with marketing for in store brand building activities
- Align with marketing, finance & logistic for the daily operations
- Achieve the collection targets
- Manage the ordering process cycle in coordination with finance & logistic team
- Develop & implement the merchandising planogram
- Develop the needed presentations & training for the sales force & point of sales

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years' experience as make up & perfumery brands sales manager
- Good communication skills
- Good presentation skills
- Good English
- Good in Microsoft programs (specially PowerPoint & Excel)
- Open minded, young, dynamic, eager for achievements
- Creative
- Cooperative
- Result oriented
