Our client is a successful organisation based in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and due to the tremendous growth they have experienced in the last 2 years, we are recruiting an HR Manager to develop and lead the Human Resources department.

Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, systems and frameworks
Overall management of recruitment for the organisation including first line recruitment and providing a short-list to the line managers for ex-patriate staff moving to the Congo
Providing operational HR support to function heads and line management for all activities related to HR including recruitment, employee relations, performance and absence management, compensation and benefits, on-boarding and training

Requirements

Skills & Experience:
Extensive recruitment experience
5 7 years HR management experience including in developing HR policies & procedures
5 years HR management experience working with white and blue collar employees
Ability to manage and resolve complex HR issues
Ability to coach and mentor line and operations managers

Education:
Degree in Human Resources

Candidate Profile:
Indian nationality
Aged between 30 40 years
Excellent communication skills fluency in English and Hindi is essential
