Male - Legal Secretary / Office Administrator / Paralegal - Riyadh Office

Our client is currently looking to recruit an experienced Male candidate to provide efficient Legal and PA support alongside Administration responsibilities and paralegal duties. This will encompass, typing and amendment of documents and contracts, creating pitch proposals and presentations, legal filing and maintenance of the libraries, travel and diary management, scheduling of video conferences and managing the billing and time sheets for the designated lawyers. Drafting, preparing, amending and finalizing client bills, if applicable.

Paralegal duties will include:

Performing assigned legal research tasks using all available resources including libraries and computer data systems.
Proofreads and Redlines documents including checking legal descriptions, defined terms, continuity and numbering.
Obtains corporate information and documents including good standing certificates and certified corporate documents.
Assists lawyers at closings.

Requirements

Very strong computer skills In MS Office are required for this role including a significant typing speed.
Skills in Interwoven DeskSite, Interaction or Carpe Diem would also be highly advantageous.
The successful applicant will demonstrate strong ability to work on their own initiative and be a strong team player, willing to assist colleagues, as and when required.
At least three years experience within a law firm or in-house legal role within an international organization is required.
A proactive and flexible individual, you will be fully engaged in the firm's Service Excellent Initiative program.
