The Role


The Role


The function of the role is provide efficient Legal and Personal Assistant support to three fee earners and reports to the Director of Administration. This will encompass, typing and amendment of documents and contracts, creating pitch proposals and presentations, legal filing and maintenance of the libraries, travel and diary management, scheduling of video conferences and managing the billing and time sheets for the designated lawyers.

Additionally, the incumbent will also be required to cover the Reception area as and when required, due to absence or vacation. This will involve, meeting and greeting clients, answering the switchboard, maintain the conference room booking schedule, managing the couriers and all incoming and outgoing mail and the scheduling all internal meetings.

Very strong computer skills In MS Office are required for this role including a significant typing speed. Skills in Interwoven DeskSite, Interaction or Carpe Diem would also be highly advantageous. The successful applicant will demonstrate strong ability to work on their own initiative and be a strong team player, willing to assist colleagues, as and when required. At least three years experience within a law firm or in-house legal role within an international organization is required. A proactive and flexible individual, you will be fully engaged in the firm's Service Excellent Initiative program.
