Male Recruitment and Marketing Manager

On behalf of our client a multinational business school that is based in Dubai, we are looking to recruit a Male Recruitment and Marketing Manager.
Reporting to the Centre Director you will be responsible for managing the sales team in identifying potential candidates, monitor workloads and delegate tasks to the team, conduct face to face information sessions, seminars, telephone interviews to successfully communicate with diverse target audiences, create, implement and evaluate marketing plans in line with the business plan and central marketing plan, manage the marketing budget, relationships with partner institutions, sponsor and co-organize joint events with business partners

Requirements

The successful applicant must be a resident of the UAE and have a good standard of education preferably to degree level, fluent in both written and spoken English, budgetary management experience, significant marketing experience including advertising, web, PR and copywriting, self motivated with a can do attitude and IT skills including Advanced PowerPoint, Newweaver and Excel
