Mall Manager

Job description / Role

Salary 20,000 - 25,000 AED

One of our most prestigious Real Estate Clients is expanding their team and seeking an experienced Mall Manager who will take the business to the next level.

Working with the Group General Manger you will directly manage a number of staff including Financial and Operations gamut and Supporting retailers and tenants to build their market position and branding and work to achieve the company targets.

Your knowledge and experience with managing tenants and retailers will be essential to the smooth running of the mall as well as your ability to forecast and plan being an experienced manager, your drive, energy and motivation will reverberate through the team leading by example.

To be successful in this role you need to have a strong history in mall and vendor management and excellent communication with interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
- Managing overall mall operations, policies & procedures & financial transactions.
- Planning mall budget.
- Ensuring proper planning of traffic, security, housekeeping & parking arrangements.
- Coordination with local & government authorities in the best interest of the mall.
- Planning events & ensuring malls marketing activities.

Requirements

- 8-10 years of experience in Mall Management.
- Any graduate.
- Must be a European or Arabic national.
