Job Summary

As a Mall Supervisor for Better Homes your mail responsibilities will consist of managing the day-to-day relationships with the retail tenants, initiating management reports related to the area of responsibility. Provide and monitor marketing activities and initiatives. Monitor Customer services and satisfaction within the Mall. Support and deputize for the Mall Manager as and when required and act as Duty Manager for the Mall.

Main Responsibilities
*Carrying out the day-to-day duties of Mall Management administration in order to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the selected mall/shopping centre/Plaza or Complex.
*Consistently monitoring the performance of security guards, mall staff, appearance and conduct to ensure that it is to a professional standard at all times. Resolving minor issues as they occur, and referring to the Operations Manager - Property Management for more serious problems or issues as they arise.
*Liaising with tenants/shops within the mall/shopping centre to ensure maximum quality and customer service.
*To provide support to the retail tenants, initiating meetings and identifying issues that could impact on the operation of the Mall.
*Initiate, implement, monitor and evaluate marketing campaigns.
*Liaise with the tenants and ensure that the Tenants Operational Manual is followed.
*Provide operational reports related to Tenant Relations and Marketing within the Mall.
*Act as an intermediary with the customers provider a high level of customer service and satisfaction
*Supervising Mall maintenance and repairs quickly and efficiently. Supervising and liaising with maintenance contractors to ensure the smooth and efficient running of all Mall equipment. This will include the co-ordination of routine or planned maintenance, as well as other maintenance work as it arises.
*Investigate complaints, disturbances and violations and resolve problems following management rules and regulations.
*Inspect grounds, facilities, and equipment routinely to determine necessity of repairs or maintenance.
*Ensuring, as far as possible, that tenants' complaints and concerns are attended with speedily and satisfactorily.
*Maintaining an accurate filing system so as to incorporate tenant information (tenancy agreements, relevant documentation, correspondence, etc), building/equipment maintenance and reports, occupancy and accounting records.

Requirements

What are we looking for in the ideal candidate?

*Applicants must have at least 3+ Years experience working with the supervision or management of a Mall, Shopping Centre, Plaza or Complex.
*Must be based within the United Arab Emirates.
*Customer Service and Excellent Interpersonal skills are a must.
*Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
