Work Process design and deployment; design NOC staff improvement plan to build a strong NOC team to guarantee NOC operations 3. Manage the communication with client and other organisations; enhance the internal communications of managed Services 4. Forecast resource requirement for NOC HR management 5. Identify improvement needs |
RequirementsRequirements1. Degree in telecommunications preferably 2. At least 8 years related telecom experience with management of NOC operations under managed Services environment 3. Understanding and experience with SLA / KPI fulfillment 4. Strong Experience with multi vendor OSS platform and tools 5. Extensive process knowledge of eTOM / ITIL etc 6. Excellent people and communication skills |
