The RoleThe RoleProject Brief My client is a leading developer of high volume, Class A, Commercial property, handling a large portfolio of properties. Department Asset Management Main Duties Produce monthly management accounts. Focus on accuracy and explain all variances. . Identify opportunities to report financial information that are in-line with organizational goals. . Assist with production of quarterly board reports and IFRS annual financial statements. . Assisting finance on corporate budgeting and monitoring. . Analyze financial results and provide recommendations to management. . Provide relevant financial information to our JV partners, other departments within client,etc. . Review monthly forecast on consolidated and project level and report on variances. Forecast cost and cash flow budgets and communicate status and variances. . Liaise with projects teams to ensure that appropriate budgets are set up for all key projects. . Obtains budgets and consolidates budgets at a company level to obtain a consolidated balance sheet, income statement and cash flow. . Obtain relevant financial information to maintain appropriate cash flow and profit forecasts for the company. . Wherever needed, assisting Executive Director - Finance in meeting his responsibilities. |
RequirementsRequirementsExperience, Qualifications, Competence .Commercial qualification; Chartered accountant; articles at a big four accounting firm .RICS Certified .Commercial property experience .Team Player .Analytical thinking .Presentation Skills |
