Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Job Purpose:
Assist in review and analysis of Group accounting results and budgets, as well as key performance indicators to highlight and identify significant variance.

Principal Accountabilities:
1. Assist in review and analysis of forecast submissions to ensure that business is in line with the annual budgets or identify deviations.
2. Assist in preparation of management reports to provide accurate and timely financial position and performance.
3. Assist in the preparation of variance analysis to identify deviations from budgets.
4. Assist in preparation of presentations for senior management to provide accurate and timely financial position and performance.
5. Monitor timely submissions of budget and forecast submissions in order to provide management reporting to meet established deadlines.

Requirements

- 5 years of experience in accounting or finance related function

Technical Competencies:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications.
- Familiarity with ERP's.
- Experience in Oracle & Hyperion is an asset.

Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
