Management Consultant - Arabic Speaker

Job description / Role

Our client is a global management consultancy with a recently established office in Dubai. They are experiencing rapid growth as a result of winning multiple long term projects across the region and as such are looking for a Consultant to join the team. The business particularly focuses on clients within government and defense, financial services and healthcare.

A Consultant is responsible for conducting business / operational analysis and supporting the design and implementation of new strategies and operating models. This position participates in the design and drives the completion of project deliverables, as well as problem-solving with client and functional experts independently.

Requirements

The successful individual will have 2 - 5 years of management consulting experience within one of the following sectors; government and defense, financial services, healthcare.

You will ideally be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of the following;
- Strategy and operating model definition and design (services, organization, process, IT architecture and physical operating facilities)
- IT Solution definition, design, procurement and project management
- Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills and information processing and development skills

Fluent written and spoken Arabic and English language skills.
