Management Consultant – CRM / Banking Sector

The Company:

Rare opportunity to join hugely successful International Management Consultancy who are expanding their regional scope to include new key positions in Dubai. The business already has a strong presence in the MENA region working with key Telecoms & Banking industry customers on identifying ways to improve their business efficiencies and customer focused service.

The role:
• Be involved in the full client project life cycle from initial bid to project management & implementation of the work stream
• Management the customer relationship process, guidance and expectation
• Evaluating existing business work flows and making identifying improvements
• Implementing new CRM strategies in order to improve to customer experience and sales & marketing opportunities
• Leading a team of consultants on the project initiatives

Requirements

Your background:

• Must have previous experience of Management Consulting ideally in the Banking or Financial Services Sectors within the MENA region - please DO NOT apply if this cannot be demonstrated
• Strong industry experience in CRM / Marketing related consulting projects
• Experience and skills on working within a complex environment with demonstrated capabilities in organizing, translating, and presenting complex qualitative and quantitative information
• Strong business acumen coupled with the ability to present yourself and the company in a confident and professional manner
• Strong communication skills are essential – Ability to speak English is essential and French or Arabic is highly desirable
• Excellent presentation skills
• Ability to travel within the region is essential
