The Company
One of the leading Human Capital Consultancy firms in the world is currently recruiting into its Riyadh office. The business is going from strength to strength in the region and continues to put together a very strong, predominantly Saudi national team. They are working across multiple industries to deliver projects in many different human capital disciplines from Organisational Design to Executive Pay

The Role
The business are looking for candidates that have already started their consulting career, maybe with one of the large consulting players in the region. The candidate will have a very good base understanding of consulting, how it works and how they can deliver lasting value to the clients that they serve.

The candidate does not have to be working in a human capital capacity at the moment, they could be working in strategy, operations, change management, operations excellence etc. but have an interest in the more people focused consulting that the business covers.

Requirements

The Person
The person should be a Saudi National with a university degree from a reputable university and some experience in consulting. This could include an internship or placement year. The candidate will also be willing to live in Riyadh in order to be close to the team. There will be project travel involved but it will be predominantly within the Kingdom
