The RoleThe RoleObjective: To gain experience and qualifications in a successful Omani business. Main responsibilities : Exclusive Graduate Training programme for Omani Nationals. Two year Intensive Development Programme leading to a Management position. Course has three levels. - Academic and Post Graduate Qualification from UK University sponsored by company. - Job rotation and experience programme over two years. - Personal Skills Development training. Reporting to : General Manager Subordinates : None Other interactions : All other staff and professionals Number required : 24 Each year Duration : Permanent leading to senior management role Desired start date : October Each Year Probation : 3 months Working hours : 38 Hours Travel requirements : None Gross monthly base salary : OMR 1000 plus car rising annually. Commission / Bonus : Excellent Performance Bonus |
RequirementsRequirementsCandidates must be Omani national And hold a good degree in any discipline. They must be willing to work and study in a Management Trainee programme. Either fresh graduates or two - three years work experience. Ability to work hard and combine work and study. |
