Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our Clients are well-known for their excellence in service within the fields of technology, engineering, construction and manufacturing and have a strong base history and presence within Middle East and Asia over the last 70 years.

Due the dynamic market demand and expansion the company is focusing on redefining their organizational model, with an objective to facilitate growth and improve organization performance.

Reporting directly to the Head of HR, as an experienced Admin Manager, your knowledge to create and maintain infrastructure and facilities for different sites / offices in Kuwait and establish and standardize policies, procedures to govern several activities such as visa, Immigration, travel, government liaison etc.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all VIPs visits and arrangements with Airport and other agencies.
- Handling of various licensing activities of the company (new/renewals) i.e. commercial license, traffic license, import & export, legal representative license (traffic/legal) etc.,
- Dealing with MOSAL, Immigration, Municipality, Police & Traffic Dept etc., on various day-to-day issues or as and when required
- Dealing with Social Security department (PISS) for registration & cancellation process of local nationals (Kuwaitization)
- Ensure copies of all project, office related Leases, rental agreements and other administration related legal documents are filed and updated in the Head Office
- Interface and provide support to Site administrators on administrative and HR issues, clarify queries and resolve personnel related problems as needed.
- Achieves financial objectives by anticipating requirements; submitting information for budget preparation; scheduling expenditures; monitoring costs.
- Responsible for all Government Relations / Immigration Procedures
- Pro-active and advance notification to management and HR & PRO team about any changes in government rules & regulations.

Requirements

Requirements:
- Ideally currently located in Kuwait
- Experience in similar role in Kuwait especially Oil and Gas Projects
- Commercial acumen
- Understanding of Kuwait visa process.
- Experience of Project Life Cycle
- Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with working experience with multi-cultural workforce

Preferred:
- Exposure of site/ construction activities
- Dealing with Licensor, Vendors, Client, Consortium
- Up-to-date knowledge on taxation, statutory requirements
- Arabic skills - both oral & written is added advantage
