Job description / Role
Manager Aviation Internal Audit/ ERM- Qatar, Doha
Qualifications
· Bachelors degree in Finance MBA degrees viewed favourably.
· Recognised Accounting Qualification(ACA,ACCA, CPA)
· Completion or study towards IA Qual(CIA, CISA)
Key Experience
· 7 years experience relevant industry experience having worked internationally
· Relevant industry experience having worked on projects in the aviation sector.
· Strong skills in project management and engagement closure.
· Experience in business and proposal development - high levels of presentation experience is a must.
· Deep knowledge of IA/ERM in the aviation sector - Recognised project experience with sector leading clients.
Personal Attributes
· Fluent written and spoken English, bi-lingual Arabic is a plus
· Good people manager- experience in managing people and teams.
· Excellent presentation skills & Business development skills.

Requirements
Candidate will have a deep knowledge of Internal Audit and risk projects within the aviation industry. The successful candidate will have been involved in projects with multinational market leaders in the aviation field and understand difficulties/limitations & be able to provide consultative advice in this niche area.
