Manager Budgeting & Planning

Job description / Role

The candidate will be working with Marketing team and will be a professional with strong experience; primarily responsible to Supports (the setup of) Sales Budget Management & Planning, planning, monitoring, coordinating, communicating and implementing key activities, processes and procedures. Manages, analyzes and optimizes overall Sales (budget) performance.


Duties will also entail, but not be limited to :

Supports the setup of proper Sales Budget Management & Planning capabilities within the Sales department. These include automated reporting of budget activities and financial performance, both historical and forecast.

Monitor financial KPIs for Sales performance to ensure that the Sales activities are aligned with the corporate priorities and targets. These activities can be both internal projects and/or (specific) Sales activities.

Handles recurring and ad-hoc Sales budget management activities, including budget setting & monitoring, commission’s scheme evaluation and improvements, Sales cost reporting etc.

Assists in the preparation or regular (weekly/monthly) and ad-hoc reports that summarizes current and future business financial performance.

Proactively reports issues that need attention and continuously supports improvements opportunities (contributing directly and indirectly to the corporate and/or Sales performance).

Coordinates between sales department and other internal (e.g. Marketing, Fiannce, etc) and other external unites (e.g suppliers and consultants).

Supports specific Sales activities, such as promotional launches, commissions and (special) incentives processes and calculations, budget management & planning activities.

Ensure that all activities are done in the best interest of Etisalat, an in line with the corporate objectives and best practices.

Requirements

Education & Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Finance and/or Accounting.

Preferred Project Management certification.

4-3 years of experience in Strategic Planning, Controlling, Reporting and/or Forecasting.
