Job description / Role
Manager – Business Development, DULSCO Group of Companies
Role: Reporting to MD
1. To be responsible for development of new business opportunities into the company's existing business model.
2. To source out opportunities of growth into adjacent and/or new industry and/or markets.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate the existing business model and adopt strategies to develop opportunities adjacent to existing business.
Develop strategic business plans focusing on key clients and drive revenue generation.
Identify new services suitable for the market/ industry and plan its successful induction to the present range of services.
Carry out feasibility studies to check the financial viability of business plans and present findings to
management.
Proactively pursue target clients and establish network for generating leads.
Provide management with the right market feedback to take decisions as per market changes.
Conduct periodic market analysis with the support of internal resources to develop strategies for
implementation of new business plans.
Other responsibilities as maybe assigned from time to time.
Requirements
10-15 years of business development experience in diverse industries.
Education: MBA/ PG in Business/ Management preferred.
UAE driving license preferred.

The IFLMTS is member of Knowledge & Human Resource Authority and is approved to conduct training services & offer knowledge based resources.
The IFLMTS is effort of two academicians Ashok Chopra and VM Ranji who saw the need for training at all the levels of the organizations. Often people feel training is mainly for either technical people or sales department of an organization where they forget the organization as whole interface with public at large including the stake holders.
Today the expectation and aspirations of customers is far higher than it was before the advent of Internet era. Information & Communication Technology on one hand has made life easy on the other hand made it much more complex & uncertain. Uncertain in terms of frauds & crimes, whose total style is changed,
Further current economic situations have made organizations have plan mid to short term rather than long term involving huge organization resources. This has led to need for more & more requirement of manpower on contractual basis & on out source basis. IFLMTS recognized this started offering manpower resources on contractual basis.
The trained manpower is sourced through IFLMTS offices & business associates in India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka & Egypt and is offered after being trained as per requirement of client.
