Manager Business Systems - Hamad International Airport - Doha

As Manager Business Systems, you will manage the whole life-cycle of business systems and take ownership of assigned projects to ensure delivery, to meet client needs, quality, cost and timeline constraints. You must ensure risks from individual projects are consolidated and prioritized based on risk exposure and resources are focused to minimize any impact on the work programme.

You must ensure that all resources both on-site and offshore are optimally utilized to achieve the agreed business and IT objectives. You will also be responsible for efficient management of IT strategy and IT Budgets.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent. Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) is highly desirable as is experience with airports and airlines business. You must have good vendor management skills, excellent interpersonal skills and conflict resolution skills.

Your domain of business systems expertise should include Data Warehouse/BI systems, Web/Intranet, mobile apps and document management systems. Your professional experience should span minimum 15 years of experience in systems integration, software development, business analysis, and project management experience in successfully leading medium to large scale IT systems support and projects delivery with good planning, organizing and effective communication skills.
