The RoleThe RoleResponsibilities: „X Guiding Project Management team during finalization of contract between Company and Client & Company and sub-contractor „X Managing Site Contracts Team in all spheres of Contracts Management for Middle East Region and in preparation of Variations, claims and dispute resolution, identification of claims from inception, substantiation of claims, claim statement preparations „X Preparation and handling key contracts /documents, seeking lawyers opinions / senior counsel for execution „X Dispute resolution and closing of claims through arbitration „X Implementation of benchmarked Contract Monitoring System |
RequirementsRequirementsEssential Skills / Experience „X Must have an Engineering degree with minimum 8 years of experience „X Minimum 3 years must be in Oil & Gas field „X Results orientated, self-driven individual. „X Fully conversant with modern project management techniques, business and software systems. |
