The Role


The Role


•Plan, drive and deliver on BTL communication calendar using all mediums i.e. Statement Messages, Statement Inserts, SMS, SABB Web, SABB Direct, Direct Banking and Branches.

•Liaison with product management, marketing services, x-functional departments, strategic alliance partners and vendors for seamless delivery on communication and offers.

•Enhance effectiveness of marketing activities from each BTL channel.

•Create loyalty and generate incremental spend.

•Help reduce attrition by engaging customers with their respective life cycle.

Requirements

•Graduate.

•Previous experience in Cards business or marketing service for a minimum of 3 years.

•Customer Oriented attitude.

•Self drive and good team player.

•Computer Skills (Office: PPT, EXCEL, Word…).
•Negotiation skills.
