Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

To help the business implement technology solutions in cost effective way by analyzing the requirement, project or need of the business, and communicating them clearly to all stakeholders (Business department, IT Department, third party vendors). Also to close the gap between the business needs and the IT understanding thus making the deliverables more efficient.

Job Responsibilities:
- Gathering Requirements and business needs
- Analyzing the Business requirement (estimating, evaluating, prioritizing, categorizing)
- Design and specifies how and where the business needs is best to be implemented.
- Constructing workflow, charts and diagrams to outline the business needs
- Studying the existing system capabilities
- Writing the business need in a well formatted document for both all stakeholders to understand (Business, IT, Third party vendor)

Requirements

- Banking Business knowledge
- Information technology knowledge (The understanding of system engineering concepts)
- Experience in writing change requests using UML (Unified Modeling Language) or any of the modeling techniques or methods (Technical Writing Skills)
- Good command of English / Arabic
- Good communication Skills
