Requirements
- Degree or equivalent professional qualification in relevant subject (Business, Management, etc.)
- HR/Recruitment management role experience in the Middle East or International with emphasis on staffing and organizational development.
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, English.
- Ability to readily identify needs and requirements, and establish plans and processes to ensure successful results
- Strong organizational skills to include effective time management in all key responsibilities of the job.
- Demonstrates a high degree of integrity in dealing with sensitive information.
- Analyses and assesses situations to find effective solutions; creative problem solver; engages in fixing the problem; makes decisions using data. Flexible and adaptable to change.
- Actively seeks learning; enhances personal, professional and business growth through new learning and experiences
