Manager - ERP Technical

Job description / Role

The Manager - ERP Technical champions the business value of effective support of the ERP applications and its business users. This allows the ERP to follow ITL principles to deliver continually improving ERP services to all staff and stakeholders This position is essential to the business in the achievements of efficiency by delivering system functionality in a controlled and managed environment.

KEY ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Manages the support and updates to the ERP applications and environments to ensure ERP systems service delivery meeting the business needs of the ERP application administration as a whole.
- Line manages the ERP application administration/development team and effectively achieves the enterprise service levels.
- Partners and implements continuous system process improvements.
- Takes overall responsibility for application environments assessment for identifying system processes to improve, and technical objects to upgrade in a structure well controlled project plan to achieve the identified improvements.
- Implements effective release and deployment methodology across EPR transitions all aspects of ERP services through the development, testing, staging and production/operation environments.
- Utilizes experience of INFOR LSF technology including systems upgrades, support and optimization.
- Utilizes experience of INFOR Land Mark technology including systems upgrades, support, maintenance and optimizations.
- Utilizes experience with all development tools in the Lawson S3 product including, but not limited to, Process automation, programing languages, Lawson business, smart office and web development and delivery.
- Utilizes experience with SDLC; Networking and Operating environment technologies.
- Utilizes experience of building productive and collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, leading to a greater understanding of objectives, priorities and innovative solutions.
- Maintains strong customer focus and proven ability to encourage others to review own solutions and ability to provide constructive feedback effectively.
- Utilizes experience as a professional IT member.
- Proven experience of successfully implementing configuration, change and relates management systems in complex enterprise environment.
- Takes the lead role in ERP projects, deploying project management and risk management techniques.
- Adheres to Sidras standards as they appear in the Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest policies.

In view of the evolving needs and opportunities within Sidra during this pre-operational phase, this position may be required to perform other duties as assigned and reporting relationships may vary.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Computer science, computer engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of technical experience in INFOR systems version 10.
- Demonstrated team management skills.
- Demonstrated excellent project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and use continuous improvement processes.
- Proven verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to present information both technical and non-technical customers/stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
