Manager - Electrical

Job description / Role

- Electrical (Operations & Maintenance) Team provides high quality of services to all clients.
- Acts as a Subject Matter Expert in all Electrical Operations and Maintenance activities.
- Interacts closely with the internal teams to ensure that Maintenance Projects needs and objectives are met.
- Coordinates with Project Manager / Site In-charges to resolve critical and time-sensitive maintenance related electrical issues.
- Leads with investigations of electrical-related issues, including root cause analysis as needed.
- Oversee and monitor the Electrical maintenance activities both in terms of quantity and quality of service provided to ensure that the targets are achieved and the customers are satisfied.
- Performance management of direct reportees & Electrical Maintenance Contracts.
- Identify and plan cost reduction and operations improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and review the implementation of quality and safety systems.
- Responsible for implementing industry best Electrical System Maintenance Practices.
- Provides direction, development and leadership to all Electrical Site / Project Team.

Requirements

- Candidate should be a Electrical Engineering Graduate
- Experience in Maintenance & Operations of Electrical System
- Implementation Of Electrical System maintenance
- Project Management Skills
- Preferably Candidate from Facilities Management Background
