The RoleThe RoleClient/Industry : Our Client is one of the largest importers and retailers of luxury brands in the Middle East and Gulf region Job Description : Monitor and analyze store financial data to deliver results Identify areas of retail expansion and new business initiatives, and establish new stores from concept to completion Optimize / strengthen brand portfolio Inventory management Ensure robust testing and lab services at the shop floor Devise and implement promotional campaigns to support sales activities Interface with government bodies on licensing and approvals. |
RequirementsRequirementsQualification : Graduate or Post Graduate (MBA Preferred) Experience : Must have at least 7+ years of relevant experience (Experience in an eyewear retail environment will be an added advantage) Other Details : Comprehensive knowledge of retail operations, processes and business implications Vendor management Visual merchandising requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong influencing and negotiating skills Outstanding administrative abilities that ensure optimum usage of existing resources Location : UAE Salary : AED 16,000 – 20,000 + Family Benefits + Annual performance Bonus |
