The RoleThe RoleJob Purpose Statement: This job exists to manage the end-to-end FTP process under BSM Unit. To develop and maintain an FTP pricing methodology as well the bank-wide communication of FTP rates. Principal Accountabilities: 1. Responsible for the monthly processing of funds transfer pricing results for the Bank. 2. To play an active role in configuring the OTP system for FTP batch processes. 3. Maintain all input data, product categories and input (yield curves, adjustments to base curves, etc.) required for FTP curve. 4. Refinement of FTP methodology by adding adjustment as required. 5. Supervise 'back-testing' of FTP methodologies and participate in projects related to FTP, Loan and Deposit pricing, margin reporting, budgeting & forecasting, etc. 6. To accommodate both normal and complex products in the FTP methodology. 7. Work with Treasury and Finance representatives to ensure FTP methodologies are being properly incorporated into management reporting. 8. May Budget and plan for the Unit. 9. The Job holder is obliged to abide by any instructions furnished by his Manager with respect to the scope of work. |
RequirementsRequirementsPersonal Profile: Knowledge: Must have had hands-on experience on FTP process, analysis and simulations. Products behavioral within FTP environment. Bank products and service knowledge. Skills: Use of PCs, etc Analytical skills. Data processing. Judgmental. Modeling and simulations skills Planning and organizing skills Written and verbal communication skills. Language: English Qualification/Experience: 10 or more years of FTP related experience specifically in modeling yield curves. Bachelor Degree in Mathematical or Science related subject. An advance degree would be preferred. |
